PayPal allows users with an email address to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send payments online. It's free to send your payment through PayPal and you don’t need to setup an account. Once your check has cleared your items will be shipped which could take up to 7 days. There is a $25.00 returned check fee. Include the item number(s) and quantity of the item(s) you would like to order, your mailing address, email address and phone number. Shipping Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. FREE SHIPPING in USA only! After payment has cleared, please allow 2-3 days to prepare item for shipment and an additional 3-5 days for the USPS delivery. Custom jewelry is handcrafted upon receipt of the order, and will be shipped as soon as possible. International Orders Currently, orders are shipped only to addresses within the United States and Canada. Sales Tax: Artistic Creations charges sales tax to all orders shipped within the state of New Jersey. Return Policy If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within seven (7) days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, and damage free). All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice. Please send all returns via insured United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx or UPS. Returns should be shipped in a padded or bubble-wrap style mailer. Refunds will not be issued on damaged items, which have been improperly shipped. Please note that with all semi-precious stones and freshwater pearls there are subtle variations in hue, color saturation, and shape which is a natural occurrence with these stones. These variations make each piece inherently unique and are not guaranteed to exactly match product photos. *Note - All custom orders are final sale; no returns are accepted on custom items. Please ship your return to: Resizing Policy There will be a $15.00 restringing charge for necklaces ($5.00 per additional strand) and a $10 restringing charge for bracelets and anklets ($2.00 per additional strand) for any item that has to be resized. Individual sizes can be determined by taking a tape measure and snuggly wrapping it around your wrist. Place the tape measure just below the wrist bone. Once you have that measurement, then add approximately 1" to the bracelet length. This will assure a length where the bracelet can move freely on the wrist, but not be too big. Or measure a bracelet you own that you know fits the way you like. If you don't have a tape measure handy, you can use a strip of paper and mark it where it overlaps on your wrist. Then lay the strip flat and measure using any ruler.
Individual size is best determined by wrapping a piece of string around the ankle and adjusting it to the desired length (allow for it to hang gently around the ankle). Then measure the string to determine your desired length. Some people prefer their anklets larger. I do design some anklets with a 1 to 2 inch extender which allows for adjustability. Repair Policy If your piece has broken during normal usage within six (6) months, you may return it for repairs (return shipping not reimbursed). I can give you an estimate from the description of the item. Additional charges may apply if components are damaged from misuse or improper shipping. All repairs must be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice. Custom Orders Have an idea... or a design preference you don't see on my website? See what you like, but perhaps want it shorter, longer, different color or stone? Let me know! I'll gladly work with you to customize a design of your choice. A custom order fee may be added to the cost of the item and the actual price may vary. If you would like to alter a piece on the website please be sure to include the name of the item and item number you wish to customize and what changes you wish to be made. I will send you a price quote for the cost of the customized item. You can then confirm whether you want the item made and send payment. If you desire several of the same item (for bridal party, etc), please contact me to determine whether or not the item you desire is available in quantity. Please note that custom orders may take up to 2 to 3 weeks. Packaging I ship all items in a 4-mil ziplock or mesh bag with bubble wrap and tissue paper. Gift Boxes (2.00 ea box) You can choose to have your jewelry shipped to you in a gift box. The jewelry boxes are textured oatmeal in color and cotton filled with an Artistic Creations label on the box. If you choose this option you will be able to see the item before wrapping it yourself, OR.. you can choose the gift wrap option which is all of the above with a generic attractive white wrapping. I can also mail the wrapped gift to your recipient. Read below... Gift Wrap (3.00 ea box) Gift wrap consists of a very pretty textured oatmeal jewelry box with a cotton insert and an Artistic Creations label. The wrapping paper is a classy white wrap. If you would like I can mail the wrapped gift directly to the recipient or to your address. If you choose to have the gift mailed to the recipient please make sure you give me the recipients name and address. A gift message will be hand written on a small generic card, which does not contain any item pricing or your name (so please include a To: and From: and a few words if you choose such as: Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Thinking of You, Get Well, etc.). Let me know if I can combine items in a single box or if you prefer items boxed and wrapped separately! I have larger boxes that can hold an entire set including necklace, earrings and bracelet.
